Popcorn Bar
We recommend 1.5 to 2 cups of popcorn per guest for large events such as weddings, corporate parties, etc. This amount depends greatly on if you are having other food/snack options and what size containers you are using to serve the popcorn in.
Here’s the equation you can use to calculate the amount of popcorn you will need for your event.
# of guests x 1.5 cups ÷ 16 = # of gallons of popcorn
(300 guests x 1.5 ÷ 16 = approx. 28 gallons of popcorn)
